Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of digitalbroadcasting.net (the “Site”), operated by DIGICAST GENERAL TRADING – L.L.C – S.P.C (“Digital Broadcasting”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Our services
We provide nanny placement and visa services to families in the UAE and around the world, including candidate sourcing and screening, nanny visa sponsorship, family visa assistance, document processing and attestation, and international recruitment (the “Services”). The Site describes the Services in general terms. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these Terms in the event of a conflict.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, scrape or copy content in bulk, or use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful or misleading material.
3. Inquiries, applications and fees
Requests, pricing inquiries and applications submitted through the Site, by email or by phone are inquiries only. Applications by candidates do not guarantee an interview, an offer or a placement. Fees, scope, timelines and any replacement or refund terms become binding only when confirmed in a signed agreement. We may decline any request or application at our discretion.
4. Visas and compliance
Visa and work permit applications are decided by the relevant government authorities, and processing times and outcomes are outside our control. Employment and sponsorship of domestic workers are subject to the laws of the countries involved, including immigration, labor and licensing requirements. Clients are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to them. We do not provide legal advice.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, are owned by or licensed to DIGICAST GENERAL TRADING – L.L.C – S.P.C and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
6. Third-party services
The Services involve third parties such as government authorities, typing and medical centers, partner agencies, airlines and insurers, and the Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Information on the Site is for general purposes and does not constitute professional advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIGICAST GENERAL TRADING – L.L.C – S.P.C and its owners, managers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed AED 500. Liability relating to the Services is governed by the applicable agreement.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DIGICAST GENERAL TRADING – L.L.C – S.P.C from any claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
